General Users
of the Trade Centers of the South Shore agree to abide by the rules,
regulations, policies of the site, and all applicable Federal, State
and Local laws that may apply. If you, as a user, do not agree to the
terms or laws that may apply, you should not use this site. Anyone
found to violate the terms of the site or laws that may apply will no
longer be allowed to use the site.
Users of the Trade
Centers of the South Shore understand they do so at their own risk. The
operator has put in place rules that will reduce the risks of internet
advertising, but there are still inherent risks. You agree that Trade
Centers of the South Shore shall not be held liable for loss or damage
of any sort incurred as a result of using this site.
Trade
Centers of the South Shore will not discriminate based upon race, creed,
religion or ethnicity.
These terms may be altered, amended,
changed or modified at any time. Users are responsible for remaining up
to date with terms. Any alterations, amendments, changes or
modifications made shall become effective immediately.
Trade
Centers of the South Shore will not accept advertisements from outside
the United States. This is done specifically for the safety of the
users of the site. If you are in the Armed Services, please have a
relative place the advertisement for you.
Advertisements shall
run for 30 calendar days. The courtesy of notice that an item is no
longer available would be appreciated by those who may have an
interest. If the item is no longer available, the ad will be removed
from the site. No refunds shall be given for unused days. Ads do not automatically renew. You must place the ad again after 30 days if you wish. Your credit card information is not kept by Trade Centers of the South Shore.
Advertisements
can be made over the internet. Paypal is in place to accept payment
for advertisements. Payment can also be made via US mail at P.O. Box
263, Scituate, MA 02066. Checks should be made payable to Trade
Centers of the South Shore. Ads will not begin to run until payment is
verified. Please note that Trade Centers of the South Shore does not

advertiser. There is no further involvement by Trade Centers of the
South Shore. The advertiser may or may not contact the responder; it is
at the discretion of the advertiser.
Trade Centers of the South
Shore shall have the right to investigate any advertiser, advertisement
or responder to verify information if there is reason to believe that
investigation is required. Advertisers and responders must have a
verifiable telephone number and address. In the event that there is a
question about an advertiser’s information, the ad will be delayed or
suspended until the investigation is complete. If there is a question
about a responder’s information, the responder’s information will not be
forwarded to the advertiser until the investigation is complete. In
both instances, Trade Centers of the South Shore, in its sole
discretion, can refuse the advertisement or refuse to forward
information.
Trade Centers of the South Shore is not involved in
the sales that may result from advertisements. Trade Centers of the

Trade
Centers of the South Shore will not share information about users, sell
e-mail lists, or maintain personal information about any user.
Cautions
Please
do not include personal information in your advertisements. This
information will be deleted before the advertisement is aired.
If
you are selling an item or are interested in viewing an item that has
been advertised, exercise caution in meeting the other party. It is
wise to have a friend with you as you show an item for sale or if you
are going to the home of the seller. If at all possible, it is best to
meet at a public place.
Be vigilant if you are interested in
renting a home or a vacation home. Do not send money unless you are
sure that the advertiser is legitimate. This is one of the most common
scams on the internet today.
Do not send money to an advertiser
until you have the item in hand. Do not assume that the item will be
shipped to you.
Set a higher standard for internet purchases.
Be extra careful that your money is not stolen.
Use common
sense. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
